Bludenz | Werdenbergerstrasse residential complex

In the centre of Bludenz, adjacent to the old town and pedestrian zone, JÄGER built the residential complex known as “Bludenz Werdenbergerstrasse”. The block consists of a total of 14 residential units and 2 commercial spaces in one building. The living space amounts to about 1,370 m² excluding ancillary and circulation areas; the associated underground car park offers over 20 spaces for the sole use of tenants of the building. The bright, thermally insulated façade with plaster is punctuated by carved loggias, ample windows and panelling of different colours between the windows. The complex has its own gas heating including hot water and uses underfloor heating. All units have individual thermostatic heating controls in all living rooms and bedrooms.
