JÄGER was commissioned as general planner and general contractor with the construction of the new Raiba Montafon branch in St. Gallenkirch in the Montafon Valley.
In addition to the bank, the building features a café on the first floor and three apartments located on the first and attic floors. An underground car park with nine spaces was built for the residents. The building is heated with geothermal energy, which required the digging of holes up to 600 metres deep.
A special feature is the shingle and stone façade of the bank branch.
At the same time as overseeing the erection of the new Raiba bank, JÄGER was also responsible for the planning and construction work for the music pavilion of the municipality of St. Gallenkirch, which completes the square over the underground car park.
