JÄGER was commissioned by Alpstein Chesa Schirun Bau GmbH to carry out the master building work for the new Amrai Suites in Schruns.
A modern boutique hotel is being built on the former spa hotel site; in the first instance, in the first phase of construction, a complex with 32 chalets will be realised. The construction of the 6-storey (2 basement floors; 4 upper floors) building, approx. 60 m x 25 m in size, will require the movement of the following masses:
- approx. 9,000 m³ excavated material
- approx. 4,000 m³ concrete
- approx. 300 tonnes of structural steel
The shell construction work was completed by the end of 2019. The new chalet complex will be ready for occupancy by the beginning of the 2020 winter season.
