Extension work and new staff building, a new spa area including indoor pool, an additional wing of bedrooms and a new kitchen.

Two supply tunnels were driven under the existing hotel using conventional methods after demolition and underpinning of the existing structures. Immediately thereafter, a total of six floors in solid construction were built from the lowest level. The construction site was handed over on schedule despite difficult and, in some cases, unforeseeable conditions.
