Schruns LINDE Apartments residential complex

Jäger Bau built a small new residential complex in Schruns in the capacity of general planner and general contractor. The LINDE apartments were built on Silvrettastrasse in the district of Gamprätz, directly next to the valley station of the Zamangbahn.

The house consists of a building with 10 units on 3 levels. The modern structure with its flat roof creates the impression of two houses offset against one another, thereby generating some attractive outdoor spaces, and also blends well into the small-scale structure of the neighbourhood.

The complex was built as a solid construction with a plaster façade on a thermal insulation system, some with back-ventilated façades made with wooden panels. It was equipped with a modern, efficient pellet-heating system as well as a solar power system for top-up heating and hot water supply.

The basement houses underground parking, private basement compartments and common rooms such as a washing/drying room. The house is equipped with a lift, and the accesses are all disabled-accessible.

Some of the apartments have been executed according to the LifeTime CONCEPT, i.e. two separate units can be connected at little expense to form a large apartment and disconnected again. This system offers the possibility of flexible living space for a whole lifetime.
