Provision of all construction work. The residence and an attached garden building with pool were built entirely of exposed concrete. White exposed concrete (concrete with marble aggregate and white pigment) was used on the ground and upper floors, subjecting the formwork to considerable loads. All reinforcement was galvanized to prevent staining of the exposed concrete walls.
