Steinachstraße residential complex, Bregenz

This residential project was developed by Jäger Bau and executed in the Schendlingen district, close to Bregenzerach and Lake Constance. The complex consists of three buildings with a total of 20 residential units over two or three levels. The buildings are offset against one another and open out onto an agreeable and welcoming inner courtyard.

The houses were built in as solid construction with a plaster façade on a thermal insulation system. The bright façade is punctuated by balconies and several full-length windows.

The complex has a full cellar and an underground parking garage, with bicycle storage room, spacious basement compartments and a washing and drying room. Both houses are equipped with modern passenger lifts.

Some of the apartments have been executed according to the LifeTime CONCEPT, i.e. two separate units can be connected at little expense to form a large apartment and disconnected again. This system offers the possibility of flexible living space for a whole lifetime.
