Wohntraum Glockenziel 3, Engen – construction phase 1

The Glockenziel 3 project is being built close to the centre in the newly developed residential area on the slope of the Zimmerholzer Wildbach Valley to the north-west of the old town of Engen.

The staggered layout of the residential buildings will provide for the best possible natural light conditions and views. The generous distances between the houses and the staggered building heights will give rise to attractive outdoor spaces and passages. The bright underground car park with its natural ventilation, bicycle stores and lifts to all the houses alongside barrier-free access and two children's playgrounds round off the comfort features of this residential complex.
